We have a few different sections and ways to shop

Pre-Printed Gear & Books

 

This is where you will find items that are ready to be put in your online cart and go! If you saw an item on Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest, this is where you will likely find it! 

Customizable Gear 

 

This is where you will find the blank items that we have available for customization. We have in-stock items and need to be ordered items. Please reach out to us to design and purchase a customizable item. 

Company Casuals 

 

This unique link leads to the website provided by one of our suppliers. In addition to sublimatable clothing that we can work with, there is clothing, bags, luggage, hats, etc. that we cannot work with. All items can be purchased at our discounted rate and shipped direct to you. Learn more about what criteria is required for an item to be sublimated here. 

For Creatives

 

This is our members-only section for folks we have partnered with. We create items for artists with their images to resell, small business owners logoed items, and licensing opportunities for artists. If you would like to learn more, please reach out to us!  

Online Shopping Policies 

Shipping & Handling 

  • IMPORTANT: Media Mail is strictly for books only. If your purchase contains other items than books and media mail is chosen, you will be contacted to pay for the additional cost of shipping before your items are sent.  

  • We use USPS for shipping.

  • We do some international shipping on some products, if when checking out it is unclear if we ship to your area please contact us.

  • If an item is determined to be damaged or lost during shipping we will make arrangements to replace or refund the item. â€‹

  • Non-custom items will ship within 3 business days of purchase. 

  • Custom items will usually be shipped within 3 days of agreement by yourself and The Scribbled Hollow that the design is final. If more time is needed to complete the creation of the item, we will advise this during the design process. 

  • Some items require additional packaging and this will be charged in the shipping fee for that item. 

  • If an item requires very light shipping, such as a vinyl decal in an envelope, we will not put a tracking number on the item. If you would like a tracking number you will need to contact us to request it and their will be an additional fee. 

Pick-Up

We are located in the area of Glendale/Peoria and work directly out of our home. We also do attend a number of local vendor shows and conventions. Some local pick-ups will be allowed but we ask that you contact us and make arrangements before selecting the pick-up option. Otherwise, you may be contacted and required to pay shipping in order to receive your items. 

Returns

  • Sales on all custom items are final once a final design is agreed upon by yourself and The Scribbled Hollow designer. 

  • If it is determined that a custom product is not correct, once the item is returned to us,  arrangements will be made to replace or refund the item. 

  • At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of non-custom items once they have shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

  • If an item is determined to be damaged or lost during shipping we will make arrangements to replace or refund the item.
